We are fully insured. We are insured for general liability, worker’s compensation and content theft protection. Common business practice requires companies to carry liability insurance. However, the State of Texas does not require home service companies to carry worker’s compensation insurance. Complete insurance coverage is the best way to protect you, your property, and your estate against damage, injury or theft.

We are experienced. Steve’s 27 years of experience in general contracting covers insurance restoration, remodeling, home building and subdivision development including age-restricted communities. With his knowledge of residential construction, maintenance, community management and in-home customer service he quickly recognizes needs and provides quality solutions.

Erin draws from her experience of providing quality customer service over 19 years as a manager in manufacturing. She was inspired from her experience with her parent’s desire to age independently after relocation into a single family residence from an age-restricted community to be closer to their grandson while facing the many challenges and adjustments of owning an older home. She understands the needs and challenges faced by families.

Contractor’s license, if Texas issued one. The State of Texas does not require home service companies, including handymen, to be licensed. However, professional trades such as air conditioning; plumbing; electrical; real estate; engineering; or architecture are required to be licensed. Steve’s construction experience includes obtaining a general contractor’s license having worked in regulatory states that issue licenses.

We use professional subcontractors. When your project requires a skilled master tradesman, we can provide quality subcontractors with the knowledge and experience to work with us on your project. Whether working for us or by referral to you, rest assured knowing we have found the qualified subcontractor to get your project done right. Licensed subcontractors when the scope demands or the work requires a permit.
